Fred and Teri Elwyn, owners of Music-To-Go, strongly believe in comprehensive training and continued education. "We attend national disc jockey conventions several times a year. We are actively involved in our trade association. We network with other DJ's in St. Louis as well as nationally. We are always learning something new to teach our employees." says Teri.

Music-To-Go has developed a training program for employees that includes an extensive written manual and hands-on instruction. "There is nothing worse" says Fred "than peeking in another banquet room and watching a disc jockey fumble through formalities. I see this often when I am in the field. We take a lot of pride in the professional manner our employees handle them self at any event. This is truly a reflection on our training program." Music-To-Go started with one sound system in 1988 and now operates eight complete units. Fred and Teri work together to manage the day to day operation of the business. Quality control is a focal point. Fred states, " It takes two of us working in the office to conduct business effectively and efficiently. Between the personal service we give our clients, the attention we give our employees and the great care we take to purchase and maintain high caliber dj equipment, this is a full time job."
